DEEJAY JEROME RIDER
Below you will find all the technical information for when you want to book me and sound, lighting, and DJ equipment are already present at the party location. Of course, I can always call the person responsible at the location prior to the booking to coordinate everything.

DJ RIDER

If you wish to book Deejay Jerome without equipment, the technical requirements below apply (i.e., the equipment present must comply with the provisions below)

1. EQUIPMENT

• Professional sound system, sufficient for the number of guests present

• A sturdy and well-maintained DJ booth (at the correct turning height, between 90 cm and 1 meter high, with sufficient space on the left side for placing a microphone)

• 1 x Pioneer DJM800 or DJM900 DJ Mixer and 2 x Pioneer CDJ2000 NXS or 2 x CDJ3000 (both CDJs must be linked together via a UTP cable), or a Pioneer XDJ-RX2, Pioneer XDJ-XZ, Pioneer Opus Quad, or an AlphaTheta XDJ-AZ (note: no Pioneer XDJ-RX3)

• ​One wired microphone (wireless is also allowed, but always including spare batteries)

• Monitor box to the left of the DJ on the floor or on a stand connected to the Booth output of the Pioneer Mixer (only applicable if the venue speakers are located further than 1 meter from the DJ booth)

• If lighting equipment is also present, all lighting equipment must be able to operate on 'automatic' mode, unless a Light Jockey is present who can operate the lights

If the above requirements cannot be met, this must be agreed upon in writing with Deejay Jerome in advance so that he can arrange for the correct (DJ, Sound, and Lighting) equipment himself “at additional cost” and adjust the quotation accordingly. In that case, the above provisions do not apply.

 

2. FACILITIES & OTHER SPECIFICATIONS

• If the DJ booth is placed on a stage, sufficient space must remain for Deejay Jerome to stand behind the DJ booth and move around (due to my very energetic DJing style, this space must be at least 1 meter deep or larger).

• Free refreshments must be available for the DJ before, during, and after the performance.

• Availability of a parking space within walking distance of the location. Any parking costs must be paid on-site or, if known in advance, will be included on the invoice beforehand.

 

3. PROMOTION (for public performances)

The DJ must be clearly mentioned in all promotional activities.

(In the case of promotional activities, both online and offline, the DJ logo will be provided in high quality; this can be supplied in various colors.)

 

By agreeing in writing to the quotation to which this Rider applies, I assume that all technical requirements described above have been met! If it becomes apparent on location that this is not the case, Deejay Jerome reserves the right to cancel the performance. In that event, the costs incurred will be borne by the client; in other words, a refund of the prepaid amount is not possible.
